Have for both arcade and story mode. Hard = no shortcut (auto) classes, no match all "." Easy = access to everything (other than level specific restrictions)

Also requires a UI toggle. Relevant for arcade mode and maybe Story mode. That means adding difficulty selector on game start or in settings.
