This PR is clean up for migrating most of the code-gen related functionality to design-to-code repo as it to run on standalone mode.
There are few conflicting submodule packages fro both d2c and assistant including design-sdk and reflect-core, so which we explicitly choose which to use on assistant's root package.json
From now one, there are conflicting doubled packages for above two packages, which developer's extra caution is required.
This is a best choice we've made for now, and will be resolved after all micro packages are mature enought to be used by npm, not as submodules.
