Switchover to new source repo #25

Title says it all.

With this PR merged, we can tag our new UberFTP release Version_2_9_1 (which includes:

Fix for recursive operations
Make cat work correctly depending on env var

...) and let the CI build and upload the new source tarball to our new source repo server at EGI.

The Travis CI build ~fails~ failed because job 20.1 failed due to a missing release on the postgresql package repo for ppc64le. Per default Travis CI uses Ubuntu Xenial (i.e. 16.04) for execution and this one is out of support since 2021 actually. Though this would not hurt because the creation and upload of the source tarball happens on GHA, I will try to change the distribution for Travis CI builds to a newer one.
