Phay was talking in/before hangout 29 about this:

something with ads for mobile phones, cookie based, and on click people would get GRC
though would this work with installed ad-blockers ?
todo: asking Phay to give an example and detail more

Vortac might be best for discussing this with, we had the idea of advertising on the Coinomi wallet.. I think advertising on boincstats would be the most successful, especially after the removal of the mandatory team requirement.

This sounds like Google AdMob with payments in GRC instead of FIAT.
