coding task: Add DPoR related tab #178

This tab could be located in settings, debug or in main window and will be used to control Reward mechanism of Gridcoin.

This tab should contain info on

Beacon age, keys
projects
cpid, dpor
magnitude, magunit, GRC / day
whitelisted projects
owed amount
(deprecated) RSA stats

And buttons to trigger common actions:

send beacon
register account
switch cpid / investor

It is not yet clear whether this feature is wanted.
