Whitepaper economics clarification and edits #236

This PR fixes the issue where a prospective buyer of grc or cruncher (miner) would look in the whitepaper to find out what the inflation rate is of grc, and not find that.

This PR also fixes a number of smaller, related issues.

This is a version of the proposed whitepaper ( https://www.reddit.com/r/gridcoin/comments/ckhhlm/update_1_updated_white_paper_proposal/ ) that has a reasonably complete explanation of GRC inflation and economics, and also, some more minor edits.

This version has content shared by jringo_ with me on Discord; particularly, the definitions of the GRC economics terms, with some wordsmithing my myself.

Please find to-do items marked with a @todo in the text (especially, inserting the nice GRC inflation chart image).

This version is in markdown because markdown provides everything needed by a whitepaper, while remaining easy to work with in a shared project (e.g., text changes are easy to see and comment on in github).

A note on tooling: There are many tools for working with markdown; VS Code with the markdown-lint and markdown toc plugins work for me. Markdown is easy to convert to pdf with commandline tools such as pandoc and libreoffice.

@jring-o Thank you for reviewing - much appreciated. I cannot merge this as I do not have the access permissions.

Also, as a separate pr, I will incorporate the images right away if you or someone can push them to the repo or, preferably, as a pr to this fork. I really just need the inflation chart image with the three or so colored lines on it. The only other image would be the image of the Gridcoin network layer diagram, but I was able to draw that in a fenced code block okay in the current pr.
