The project whitelist link in the footer is obsolete #18

image This link is pointing to the custom whitelist page, which is unstyled and lacking content. There is no need to have 2 whitelist pages. Please make this link to point to https://gridcoin.world/whitelist.htm page, remove custom whitelist page.
