Alternatively I could make those link to .us instead of outright deleting them.

This PR also removes the snapshot link in the footer and refreshes the FAQ page (which also removes the remaining reference to snapshots). The other snapshot references are not accessible without navigating directly to the page and were deleted with #41

All the force pushes are from rewording the latest commit.
