There is not enough information to duplicate the baseplate, based on the Design Reference Drawing. Also I suspect the 0.8mm Diameter is supposed to be 8mm.

Heya, designer here. Yeah you're correct, the 8.05 measurement is incorrect too, when I'm less busy I'll create v4 with all these fixes and probably a more detailed diagram of the baseplate with measurements. Appreciate you reporting the issues :)

Would it be possible to add drawings of the dimensions of the "rim" placed on the top of the bins to stack other bins?

Edit: Sorry about that. It seems that boxes I've been using have wrong Profile. "Highest" chamfer is 2.15mm instead of spec 2.4mm. Fixing that brings the full Profile height to 5mm, which will work just fine with current Baseplate Design.

@willtree8 Current spec for Baseplate Design (frame) shows height of 5mm vs the height of Profile of just 4.75mm. Keeping the sharp profile on top of Baseplate and cutting 0.5mm away from bottom should give enough clearance. In other words, limiting the height of Baseplate Design to 4.5mm.

If Baseplate is higher than Profile then 2x1 boxes will wobble around the interference point, instead of laying flat and stable against ground.

Heya! Thanks for bringing these to my attention. Appears Illustrator inverted the text causing the 8.0/0.8 issue, and I did some maths wrong regarding the others :) These values should all be corrected for v4 of the document (#8) . Let me know if there are any other issues
