It would be good to have easy integration with EIP and ESB software.
GG can perhaps a module structure with the core distribution and these add ons / integration modules like in the approach Vert.x uses. Also Hadoop support can moved out the the main distribution and also perhaps provide support for alternatives like Apache Spark.through other modules. All the 3rd pary software support can be in modules.
