Examples probably should be updated since they are failed to build/run on GridGain 7.3.3/Ignite 1.3.3 (scalar moved to ignite jars, grid$ is not found etc).

It seems that you are trying to run example from previous version of GridGain with new one. Please go to https://github.com/apache/incubator-ignite for latest sources. And https://ignite.apache.org/ for documentation, downloads and more.
