Hello Temur Yunusov / @gridgentoo,

In reviewing the Katacoda scenario you have published here: https://www.katacoda.com/kuber-ru it has come to my attention that you have copied most of my scenarios published here https://katacoda.com/javajon, stripped my name and other credits, and inserted your name in those places. There are other scenarios you have copied from other sources that follow the same plagiaristic practices. Your blog, appears to also follow similar practices of misrepresentation: https://gridgentoo.github.io/about/

Here is an example: plagiarism-example

While your practices may have been a mistake, you need to correct them maintained your commitment to GitHub's Guide to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and remain in spirit with the open source community.

If you need assistance with Katacoda authoring or have questions about how to remediate this issue effectively, feel free to ask me.

Hello Temur Yunusov / @gridgentoo,

The way source coded has been copied (not forked), published publicly, and re-represented as your own conflicts the governing rules of GitHub, DMCA, and the community as a whole. I fully back your idea of making these scenarios available in other languages. However, changing the language is different than changing the representation and credits for the original content.

Please consider a combination of these remediation actions.

  1. Restore the credits for my work and add your name as a collaborator and translator.

  2. Make your GitHub source repository private until such time your scenarios do not represent a copy of work my work.

  3. Add "private": "true" to the top of the index.json files for each scenario you are working on that is incomplete.

  4. Collaborate with me or any Katacoda author. Katacoda offers language internationalization as described here. With internationalization new languages can be added to the original scenario, instead of having fork (not copy) other scenarios. The versions of the scenarios your took from me are out of date and many defects have been fixed since then.

I'd be happy to assist you with further details on taking the remediation steps.
