Stylize mainPage content #22

current mockups at the pagure design ticket does not have a strong visual hierarchy to denote how issues relate to one another. This will require a bit of conceptual evolution to look right.

The mainPage also needs a bit more text and content on it to orient new users. But also to not get in the way of people who are getting comfortable with using this service.

@lilyx13,

I would have to ask you to be a bit specific about the mockups that you are suggesting from https://pagure.io/design/issues/715, owing to the fact that there are a lot of them there and the designs from Swastika basically evolved with the heuristic evaluation down-the-line. I like your idea about adding just enough context for users to relate to but not so much that it gets in the way.

@t0xic0der ah yes there are a few. I"m specifically referring to this mockup.

I won't be able to do more work on this for the next couple days but will make the PR tonight so it can be followed up with.
