Brand new design

Introduction of a Modern, Tailwind CSS-based Design for the Website This pull request marks the initial step in revamping the website's design. To streamline development, I have incorporated Tailwind CSS, an efficiency-focused framework. At this stage, only 'Prettier' has been added to thedevelopment dependencies.

The current design adopts a modern and minimalistic aesthetic, aligning with contemporary web trends. It's important to note, though, that this is just the beginning. The objective is to maintain the existing structural framework while paving the way for significant enhancements.

To facilitate consistency and enhance readability across the site, I propose integrating standard classes for common elements like headers (h1, h2, h3, etc.). This will unify the visual style and improve the overall user experience.

Additionally, I've updated the Readme.md with a roadmap. This inclusion is aimed at guiding potential contributors, outlining key areas for improvement, and fostering collaboration in our journey to refine and elevate our website's design.

A first version of a new logo has also been introduced.

Feel free to ask question, or ask for some changes.

The objective is to improve little by little, here is the first version keeping the old structure
