Bug Description

janky scrolling behaviour of main nav menus

Content overflow doesn't scroll within menu
Should probably be a max-height/satndard-height

Steps to Reproduce

Make viewport smaller vertically
Open nav menu with most content
Observe content overflow not scrolling

Expected Behavior

Need to consider what proper behaviour is before implementing fix
