Presently images are just fetched at their full resolution. These are far too big in file size and too slow to load. It will also harm our bandwidth usage in due course if not dealt with urgently

Inspect network request/file size
Expected Behavior
Images should load at an appropriate resolution
We should leverage Sanity optimisation
File size should be the minimum required to provide nice looking images at various screen sizes
