Enhancement Description

The term 'Topics' better describes our categorisation of resources and is more consistent with more specialist subsets such as 'Featured Topics'

TBD how should we refer to navigation items e.g. "Topics We Cover", "All Topics", "Explore Topics" etc. we should account for:

Acceptance Criteria

  1. We should rename any reference to caetgories on the website as "topics", e.g. "specific topics", "Featured topics", "in this topic" etc.
  2. We should ensure that the name change is reflected in the CMS (we might get away with just changing the label)

I think we're mostly there (other than change in the CMS) - just need to make sure it's taken care of on #31

Mostly resolved having migrated to the terms "Topics We Cover", "Special Interest" across the site, and we've changed the label for the document type in the CMS
