Radiation system #372

Details should be thought out better, but at least nuclear reactor should work.

Some pertinent questions for this kind of system:

  1. Would irradiation be notified by the game or should an item be used to detect radiation within the body?
  2. Would radiation cause random mutations or just kill you dead?
  3. Would there be any audiovisual indication (Geiger counter noises, green goop) or should it only be detectable by automated systems of the station and geiger counters?

The issue is more about core mechanics - how it will work from the technical point of view. Radiation impact on humans is important, but refers to the human implementation.

Well. It could be tied to turfs. Or maybe it could be it's own entity with it's behavior.
