Internal Error - An uncaught exception was raised. #161

I get the error message in the attached image every time I try to write. I am using the latest version of metaz on OS X Sierra.

The problem seemed to have been caused by a lack of artwork. I was trying to tag the first tv episodes of a new season shortly after they aired and there was no artwork. Once thetvdb had artwork up for the new season, the problem went away.

It was caused by a lack of artwork and that bug should be fixed.
