I don't think this is a duplicate of #174 so I'm opening a new issue.
I hadn't used MetaZ in a while (since Beta Release 15, I think), and updated yesterday to 45 before trying to use it. When launched, nothing seems to happen. Dropped back to 43, and still the same behavior.
Dug a little deeper and watched the Activity Monitor while launching it to see if a MetaZ process even started. No MetaZ process makes it to the Activity Monitor, but the CPU activity for the ReportCrash process spikes.
I looked for logs, but can't find any associated with the crash, which seems weird. If anyone can point me to logs that would help, I'll upload them as well.
