Remove Growl Plugin #222

This is one way to deal with the growl plugin codesign issue. We should only choose one of the two pull requests.

Thanks for the effort on this issue. As you can see I went with just removing Growl since MetaZ already has a minimum version of 10.11 and since 10.8 the OSXNotifications plugin has been the default plugin for notifications.
