Issue adding item to queue #79

MetaZ normally really well but is choking on a couple of files. When I try to add them to queue after tagging them nothing appears to happen. Log shows:

Three questions. Did the file get metadata from one of the search plugins? If so from where? And what movie / tv episode is it? (I only need it so that I can do a search for the same thing for testing)

Yes. The TVDB. Will confirm episode.

Worth noting that most are MKV converted to MP4 container using MP4Tools.

I'm having the same issue, also the UI keeps hanging and freezes for a minute. I've tried this on 2 different machines. macOS 10.12.6
