Allow addition of black and white cards #169

I think the concept of "packs" isn't ideal for IRC, and that these should only be used to pre-populate the initial game. Thereafter players should be able to add white cards and black cards via the interface:

AgainstHumanity: white add "Dirty Laundry"
AgainstHumanity: black add "Research has discovered that the gunpowder plot was really an attempt at ____"

Perhaps this should populate a pack called "custom" or "temp". This creates many issues of course - how to edit, who should edit - but I think it would prevent the game from becoming boring or repetitive. It is also likely to ensure that the games degrades to quite appalling levels, which can only be a good thing.

This would be a big piece of work.

In the mean time, I should think you could quite speedily add new cards by running your own bot and using github to edit a custom pack file for your channel.

Also I believe there are plenty of official CAH packs that haven't yet been typed up, and typing up one or more complete packs would be the best way to quickly get a decent number of good quality new cards introduced.
