Currently in the README you list one example:

scripts/fitBeta.py -r 170,335,195,309 --max data/lba_cyg_250.ms.CORRECTED_DATA.channel.1ch.fits

I'm not sure it's working correctly ... is this the desired result (model doesn't match image well, coefficients image is empty)? screen shot 2014-06-23 at 17 34 45

Could you please list a few more example commands that are supposed to work with the example data files?

The estimateNoiseMap wasn't correctly generating a valid noise map, not sure where that occured in the past, but the example should work now
