Colour of plots #5

Hi Dan, I hope you are well.

I have been using the Cooccur package to run some analysis and have run into an issue with the plotting of my cooccur object. The colours only show gold for negative and then white for positive and random, there's no blue as in the pdf and paper. I downloaded the dev version and also tried with the Finch dataset and get the same results. Are you able to help please? I also wondered if you could provide the code for the ggplot you made as well.

I worked out the problem, i think the colours in the function plot.cooccur have been depreciated. When I took the function from the website and changed to red and blue it worked. I think the issue is the same for all the other plots as well.
