Hi, I am trying to create a waterfall plot for 16 samples, 7 of which have no mutations but I'd like to keep them in my plot. I keep having a raw of grey grids in the not mutated samples. how can I have just empty columns for these samples? Thanks example15.pdf

In the newer waterfall function (capital W), there is a param called samples where you can just add additional samples in.
