how do I use this with gistic output? #399

Hello there,

Thanks for this library. I'm keen to use your library to create plots for gistic data.

However, the tutorial doesn't mention anything specific to gistic. https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/GenVisR/inst/doc/Intro.html#1_GenVisR
