Accepted revision changes not applied to EID #1478

EID4264 has a suggested revision (27251) that has status=applied, but the EID remains in pre-revision state.

That's weird. Can confirm I see the same thing so probably not some cache issue?

This is probably caused by https://github.com/griffithlab/civic-server/pull/634

@cgrisdale to clarify, this revision was already applied, correct? Or did you try to accept it just now?

It was already applied. The log shows it as applied 3 years ago.

ok, then ignore my earlier comment. It is unrelated. Unfortunately, it would be next to impossible to figure out why this happened. We can look into whether we can reset this revision so that we can try to apply/accept it again.

If it would help save some time I could simply copy over Arpad's edits into a new suggested change.
