Change Clinical Significance Add Evidence Help text #1491

This is an old help text to the right of the clinical significance pulldown and should be updated asap.

Please refer to clinical significance section of help docs (link ) for detailed information on this field.

"Positive or negative association of the Variant..." should be changed to say "Clinical Significance is dependent upon the Evidence Type selected. Please refer to our help documentation to determine the most appropriate selection. Evidence Type must be selected before this field is enabled."
