Notifications Glitches #1492

I haven't received a notification in the past 3 days and some entries I have worked on have had modifications made to them. So the notifications seem to be down.

Also, opting into a notification seems to be temporary. When I click the cog to opt in to a notification and check the box, the box is no longer checked when I go back to the page.

I have a video I can send by slack if that would help.

It seems like all previously subscribed to notifications have been removed. When I check any EIDs I have worked on, the notifications box is no longer checked.

The notifications are now updating on my user page. But, for the variants I am subscribed to, the check mark is not there. Also, selecting to be notified about a variant, when I navigate away from the page and come back, the check mark is gone. This makes it difficult to keep track of what the user is subscribed to and to unsubscribe.
