Update Merge Disease tool to also move assertions and source suggestions #1508

app/models/actions/merge_diseases.rb only appears to move related evidence items and aliases but not related assertions or source suggestions. This needs to be updated.

To aid editors in merging assertions we should also how the assertion and source suggestion count in the disease admin interface.
