Can't view existing evidence just submitted #1589

I'm not sure what's up with this but I submitted a new EID and when I try to look at it, I get a 500 error. I've had at least 1 other person verify.

The last EID was submitted 21 minutes before mine and is viewable (https://civicdb.org/events/genes/58/summary/variants/1857/summary/evidence/9067/summary) so hopefully this is an isolated incident. Mine was a Functional Evidence type though and this may impact that Evidence Type.

On staging I tested this with Functional > LoF and Oncogenic. 6037 and 6038, respectively. All broken.
