Proposing to divide Subscribed Events of Notifications into two subcategories #557

Right now Subscribed events in the Notifications tab includes everything: responses (accepted/rejected) to your revisions and continual updates of changes on the variants you have worked on the past. What probably might be better is in order to not group and crowd these together, would be to divide these into two subheadings or two categories.

There is a third type that is shown, comments. Would you want accepted/rejected/commented in the same bin and submitted/suggested a revision to be in another?

I could see this as not even necessarily being a separate section but maybe some additional filtering options?
