Another angle on this is the generation of more complex disease entities such as Melanoma Brain Metastasis or treatment contexts such as Neoadjuvant Breast Cancer. This is related to #943

This is an example of multiple predictive EIDs for breast cancer with seemingly different outcomes, although closer examination shows that they are not in conflict with each other, but simply describe different states and treatment contexts, which are currently not captured with the disease term Breast Cancer
