Sort disease names by number of evidence items #10

In the "browse" endpoint, the disease names should be returned sorted in descending order of evidence quantity.

I still think some people might like to see this. When you are browsing by variant, gene, assertion, etc. There are often several cancer types shown in the table. It would be nice if the one with the most evidence was shown first. That way you would see Breast cancer first for ERBB2 variants, Melanoma first for BRAF variants, etc...
