Expand the data model to allow secondary genes #260

In the case of fusions, its frustrating to have to arbitrarily assign the variant to a single gene. We should allow for the selection of a secondary gene in the case of a fusion-type variant.

In addition to allowing a secondary gene, we will need users to be able to specify which set of coordinates (1 or 2) is associated with the primary and secondary gene.
