Will want to hook it into the Admin UI at some point, but this should at least make it easier when we get merge requests.

This look good so far. There are a couple that I think are missing:

Source suggestions have a FK to the user table
Suggested changes have a FK to the user table
Organizations (not sure what the best way is to handle this but maybe the superset of orgs needs to be assigned to the account to keep)

Awesome, thanks for catching those.

I'm not totally sure what to do about SuggestedChange since it doesn't really exist anymore after the introduction of Revisions, but the table still does. Not sure if that means its time to finally drop it, or if we should still keep that table up-to-date.

The other two should be pretty straightforward; I agree we should just union the org memberships together.
