Add full_name column to the feature browse table

Something that came up during civic curation this morning, which would be especially helpful for factors. Should we add "Full Name" to the Browse Features Table. Presumably this would also add the full name for genes (and other features) and might need to be limited to some reasonable length. But, even for genes it adds values and for non-gene-features it would be really helpful

Also explore indexing the full name for the quicksearch but only for Factors
