Fix ProteinPaint URL #836

Current URL gives a 404 - current URL https://pecan.stjude.cloud/proteinpaint/ALK/hg19/civic

Updating to this style will work - https://pecan.stjude.cloud/variants/protein-paint?gene=BRAF

But that doesn't automatically activate the CIViC button (users have to click on that track to show it once they are there). We either need to figure out how to drive that via the URL or simply ask the ProteinPaint team how to do so.

Fix is out for the broken URL but still waiting to hear back on if its possible to automatically activate the CIViC track on the new format.
