Write MHCflurry data to a different directory than /tmp #3

cwltool will mount a directory to /tmp, which overwrites the MHCflurry data. Updating the MHCFLURRY_DATA_DIR env variable to a different path will write the MHCflurry data to a directory that's not /tmp
