Ensure that elution and immunogenicity percentile data is included in pVACview %ile violin plot #1086

We include the NetMHCpanEL and MHCflurryEL presentation percentiles in the aggregate percentile metrics but they aren't included in the pVACview violin plots. We should include them to make sure that the data is used/displayed consistently.
