Requirements:

User should be able to input an offensive and defensive power rating for a team for the opcoming week
Output - google sheet for the week with:
- Schedule of games
- market line
- predicted line
- each person should have a sheet, and a master sheet
- ability to add an adjustment
- calculate final line

Future options

make picks from lines (take top 5 mismatches)
grade picks
analysis of line setting
- close to market
- when you're off market are you right?
aggregate power ratings
