3 years ago Thanks for the pull request. Can I ask for some details on system this has been a problem on? It's been working like this for a little while on many systems, so I'm curious to know how it's only come to light as a problem now. For me, I don't see any R welcome message when calling Rscript e.g.

This ia a similar problem to rhdf5filters:PR7. In this case, when Rscript is called within
Makevarsit should include the option--slave. If not implemented, then the installation fails because RHDF5_INCLUDE would include the entire welcome message.
