Tracker: see who players target #23

What does this role do?
The Tracker can visit a player each night to see what players they visited.
(eg, if they track the Seer, they will get the name of who the Seer peeked)

They do not, however, know what the tracked player did. (So if the Tracker
tracked the Seer and the wolves attacked the same player as the Seer peeked, it
would look like the Seer was a wolf)

Some variants have it so only one wolf makes the kill, in which case all other
wolves would look like they had not visited anyone.

Who does this help - villagers or wolves? How much?
This role adds chaos. It can be helpful to the village or the wolves at any
time. Unlike the Seer, the Tracker doesn't know the role or actions of the
visited player, so there are a lot of blanks that could be filled in
incorrectly (like that Seer example above), resulting in a mislynch or forcing
a village Power Role to reveal themselves.

There was a similar idea proposed where a role can if someone stayed home or
not each night. This is a slightly more powerful version of that idea.
