Bus Driver: Switching Targets #28

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What does this role do?
The Bus Driver may choose two players each night. Any actions taken on one
player (peeks, wolf kills, protection, etc) instead target the other. Affected
players are not told of this switch.

Who does this help - villagers or wolves? How much?
Another chaos role. This brute of a role messes with everyone and can wreck
player's strategy, all without knowing the effects of his actions.

This description is not detailed enough.
If the Seer (S) sees target (T) who is not a wolf and the bus driver (who has
to be renamed B) switched a wolf (W) and T what does the seer see?

T is a wolf?
W is a wolf?
W is not a wolf?

The Seer would see "W is a wolf."

Examples:

We have three players, S (Seer), W (Wolf) and B (Bus Driver). Say that B
switches S and W, wolves kill S and S peeks W. The end result would be that S
sees "S is Seer" and W is killed by the wolves (and everyone laughs at how much
of a fail the wolves had, not knowing it was the Bus Driver's fault).

And another one: We have three players, H (Harlot), B (Bus Driver) and V
(Villager). Say that B switches V and H, H visits V, and the wolves kill V. The
end result would be that the wolves attack H, who gets killed because he
visited himself.

I realize that (a this role can be very confusing to new players and (b this
would require the bot to do all night calculation at the end of night... and
wait a minute, there's not an issue for night calculation yet?! I'll have to
add one.
