Insane Half Seer: Sees Wolves as Villagers and Villagers as Wolves

What does this role do?
This role is given the same PM as the Half Seer (see previous issue) and 
functions exactly like them, though all peeks are inverted. Instead of seeing 
'X is harlot' like the full Seer would, the Insane Half Seer sees 'X is wolf.'

Who does this help - villagers or wolves? How much?
This role can still easily find the wolves, but only once he realizes he is 
insane, thus knowing to flip his results. That said, he weakens the Half Seer 
role when he is in the game, but also provides the village with another peeking 
role.

Have you discussed this with anyone else in the channel - what did they
think?

'Insane' should probably be an attribute that only a Half Seer can have, so 
that he is revealed as 'Half Seer' in all death messages and in !stats.
