Remove !coin #70

Describe what the feature is: Please remove !coin. The game is about logic and 
skill, not random shots. The "luck of the flip" ruins the fun and intensity of 
the game when the outcome is dependent on heads or tails. Besides its random 
use, it has no purpose in the game. The command serves as a distraction and 
hinderance rather than a benefit to the game.

Have you discussed this with anyone else? What did they say? Bad_fetus and some 
other players are in support of its removal.

I strongly support the removal of !coin. If I wanted this game to be based on 
random votes, I could as well play against bots that voted for each other 
randomly. The whole point of this game is to use logic and to observe how 
people behave when they have a specific role, not randomly voting for people. 
That's just stupid.

We have had votes on this in the past. In the end it almost always (a) 
contentious and (b) resolved in favor of keeping !coin.
I am not opposed to removing it, but would like to see a vote before we make 
the decision again.

IF you remove coin, people are unlikely to switch to a more logical method. 
Rather, they will switch to other random ways to decide between two players 
they are unsure of.

i never saw a player voting due !coin... maybe adding a !dice cmd clarify for 
what its used for...
