Command line options c, n, and p don't work #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. amsynth -d -c 2 -p 4 -n seq1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect amSynth to be set to MIDI channel 2, polyphony to 4, and to display in
JACK connections as "seq1". None of these things happen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.2, on Arch Linux 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried amSynth version 1.3.0 on Ubuntu Studio 12.04. The "c" and "p" options
work fine there. The "n" option didn't exist in that version.

Thanks for the bug report.

These issues have now been fixed in the git repo ('develop' branch in github)
and will be included in the next release.
