Redesign Team Details screen layout #28

Design fixes:

Add AppBarLayout with toolbar.
Move team name and team country to AppBarLayout and venue info to main section
Change theme for DetailsActivity to inherit dark toolbar theme
Change style for textviews on the details screen to inherit MaterialComponents styles

Tools fixes:

Upgrade AGP to 7.4.1
Enable parallel gradle execution
Enable gradle configuration cache

Closes #26
