Include data to fit prediction models #26

That is, include the data sets that were used to fit the predictions models (and to estimate the parameters) in the R package.

This may not be possible for the current parameters (the data and analyses seem to be lost in the mists of time), but it could be done if/when parameters and models are updated as new data are collected and analyses are re-run.
